Rhetter as a signature border?

I wanted a new signature border to show off my new mascot and I wanted to test out sketchbook on my iPad for the first time. This is what became of the experiment. I will say I am not disappointed at all however, I am rethinking Rhetters colors, they just look to bold for the accessories that I have planned for him.

Anyways, like I said the reason he does not have a body is because I will be using him as a signature border and there will be text between him.

I recommend trying sketchbook app for whenever you are on the go, it's pretty great with very few tiffs about it.
